Abstract

The Coronavirus SARS CoV-2, the causal agent of COVID-19, since its global expansion last year 2020, has never ceased to surprise the international medical community. It is a poly-symptomatic disease that can affect all the organs of the economy, where the skin does not escape from them. Currently, a wide lesional polymorphism is described that makes it difficult to make a correct positive diagnosis in each patient. For this reason, this case is presented with a history of having a positive epidemiological genius for COVID-19, respiratory manifestations and a dermatological picture that was corroborated with the positivity of the PCR performed. Elements that made it possible to establish that the skin condition was not dependent on other entities such as drug reactions Rather, it was a manifestation directly related to COVID-19.
