- a) Open Peer Review: the names of the reviewers will appear in the published article, in accordance with the journal's editorial model.
- b) Legal Requirement: when ordered by a competent authority through a valid court order.
Access to personal data is restricted to the authorized editorial team and assigned reviewers, only to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the fulfillment of editorial and legal purposes, including the permanent archive of published articles (which forms part of the scientific heritage).
- Data from users who have not participated in the system for more than 5 years may be archived or deleted, unless their information forms part of a historical editorial record.

- Request the deletion of your data, unless there is a legal or editorial obligation to retain it (for example, if you are the author of a published article).
